M & J Tutoring and Test Prep Services was founded by Michael Scotti and Joseph Baratta. 
Our mission is to provide students with the skills and techniques necessary to achieve academic success. Mike and Joe are both certified New York State teachers and together have over 15 years of tutoring experience.
